Are you tired of feeling like you’re not enough, or always getting second best? Do you feel like you can’t get what you want, no matter how much you want it? Do you second-guess yourself, or feel like you’re living below your potential? Then you’ve come to the right place to start your transformation!

Neither of us wants any more time or opportunity to pass you by!

Confidence isn’t a luxury – it’s a requirement if you want to get what you want in life, and enjoy it when you get it. Confidence coaching has helped my clients get jobs and promotions, perform better at work, create a healthier, stronger social network, start a business, meet their significant other, repair broken relationships, open up fun opportunities like travel or invitations to events, and more.

If you stop yourself from doing something because of fear, struggle to say no even when you want to, feel you settle for things that are second best, worry you said the wrong thing, constantly feel taken advantage of, or question yourself and how to reach your goals – this is for you!

Confidence coaching is for the part of you that knows you were made for more – even if you are afraid to believe it yet! It gives you the concrete mindsets and tools to stop second-guessing yourself and show up fully and passionately in your personal and professional life!

Having confidence is not about having an ego or steamrolling others. It’s about unlocking clarity, calm, and an empowering relationship with yourself! A relationship where you trust yourself and trust that you are capable. Where you’re not afraid to show up for what you want, and keep trying, even if it takes time. Confidence helps you start seeing yourself clearly and uncover the power you might not realize you have!

The truth is that confidence is based on a collection of skills most people are not taught. Skills categories include: more helpful mindsets, helpful thinking styles, self-talk, boundaries, emotional intelligence, identifying and ranking values in a given situation, and more. These skills give you feedback in your emotions that you feel confident. That confidence leads you to take more action to get the life you want!

People who do not know or learn these skills will always get second (or third, or fourth) best in life. They will not reach their potential and will not get the life they were meant to live! Don’t let your doubts keep calling the shots; apply for confidence coaching today!

There are three levels of coaching I offer, based on your situation, needs and goals. If you are unsure which level of support is the best for you right now, make sure to sign up for a free strategy session where I can make a recommendation!

FAQ

How long does it take to see results?

Clients I work with leave each session with more insight and practical skills, as well as upgraded mindsets about their situations. Many experience dramatic changes in just one session, but that doesn’t mean they have reached all that is possible for them. Part of my job as a coach is to put the question back to you and help you find the answer in yourself. So the question for you is: how quickly do YOU want to see results? How often are YOU willing to take time to shift your mindset and implement new strategies? Your change will happen as fast as you are willing and able to work!

Just like a sports coach, as a life coach, I can only provide so much. I can be the greatest football coach in the world, but if a player doesn’t bring their own motivation, time, and effort, my coaching won’t magically make them great.

What is the difference between coaching and psychotherapy?

Coaching is for people who feel like they are doing well in life overall, but want more than just the status quo: they want to be intentional and exceptional. A coach comes alongside you with information, strategic questions, and feedback to empower you to reach your proactive goals. They see you as a whole, capable person, and help you build on your strengths.

Psychotherapists are medical professionals who provide you with a medical diagnosis and treat a disorder or issue that is holding you back from functioning well in daily life. The therapist often sets goals for you and leads you through a treatment plan, which is based on their knowledge of a disorder or issue. They help you cope with trauma, and overcome deficits to get back to a place where you can function without the issue or problem significantly disrupting your life.

Do you take medical insurance?

Coaching is powerful and transformative, but it does not involve a medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or therapy that is considered a medical treatment. Medical insurance requires a medical diagnosis, which no coach is able to provide, as it is outside our scope of practice as coaches. If you need that kind of support, I encourage you to seek out a licensed mental health therapist.

What is a coaching session like?

Coaching sessions typically start with a brief review of what you have done to reach your goals since the last session. You may also update me about where you felt stuck, fearful, or ineffective. We then transition to discuss solutions, tools, mindsets, and options that will empower you to overcome what kept you stuck and catapult you to the next level. I am a skilled listener who listens to not just what you say, but how you say it and why you say it. I then ask specific, targeted questions to uncover the deeper layer of what is going on for you. Finally, I offer feedback to help you gain clarity on exactly what I see going on, and what we you can do differently to reach your goals, based on research. We end each session by creating concrete action steps or goals you commit to working on before the next session.

Do you provide any additional support outside of the session?

I offer email support between sessions as well as weekly worksheets that can expedite your reflection, growth, and transformation!

Do you offer coaching over phone or video?

Yes! I offer both options and you are free to choose your preference. I currently do not offer sessions in person.

What can I do to get to my goals more quickly?

Clients who achieve their goals most quickly tend to start sessions prepared and with an idea of what they would like to discuss. They tend to take notes during the session, set aside time each week to study the lessons, worksheets, and take all the action steps between sessions.

How long are coaching sessions with you, and how frequently do we meet?

Sessions are 55 minutes, and typically once a week, however, with the Freedom package, there is the option to meet every other week.
